ID-REGISTER
This module will allow the biometric registration of persons. As well as capturing relevant biographical information, we also capture the following biometrics: fingerprints, dual iris's, and face photos. We also scan and store hardcopy identification documents up to A4 in size. We can provide fit-for-purpose biometric hardware such as registration kits and handheld devices.
ID-VALIDATE
This module will check the registered information after capture so the operator can see the information is correct and all biometrics data is quality checked to make sure it conforms to ISO/IEC 2382-37:2017 standards
ID-ADJUDICATE
If there are errors identified after the information has been captured, then an operator (normally) a supervisor with the correct security credentials can fix the problem. All fixes are audited and can be reported.
ID-ADMIN-MANAGER
This module allows a person with administrator privileges to classify different levels of access and job definitions for all users
ID-INTEGRATE
Allows easy integration of different vendor biometric hardware so the full power of the Identity Management Suite can be utilized.

System Overview
The ID Force IDENTITY MANAGEMENT SUITE (IDMS) – has been developed in response to the needs of digital on-boarding to capture high quality biometric enrolled identities, including face, fingerprint, and iris.
The IDMS suite includes capturing biographics and the scanning of identity documents for citizens to ensure 1 person, 1 identity for use in elections, national IDs, and border projects.
Solution Overview
Modular (Android & Windows ready) and extensible by design, the IDMS-Civil Registration software can be hosted on enterprise VM solution (on premises) or in cloud computing platforms such
as Amazon, Azure, and Google Cloud Platforms.
The core modules can be installed separately or as a complete solution.
Information is collected and interfaces with existing application systems using standard industry file formats.
The modules are designed to be flexible and can be customized to complement existing standard operating procedures (SOPs); this ensures change management and deployment will cause minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
User training is offered using the train-the-trainer approach, and ongoing support is provided as required and can be 24/7/365 days.
After training, our customers will be able to provide level 1 support, and ID Force provides level 2 & 3 support 24/7/365 directly or through our international partner network.
