DESCRIPTION:

The CMID Manager is an integrated management software solution that manages access control and time & attendance for persons utilizing a biometric security environment. This solution offers a simple and easy-to-install client-server architecture designed to work on Microsoft Windows versions within a standard local area network (LAN) environment.

CMID Manager is based and built upon three main components: a self-extracting data base that is supplied with the CMID Manager application, a centralized device agent, and a local client.

The Device Agent, also called DA Core, functions as the core system controller of the software and provides basic backend functions for main system services, device connectivity, and database management. The Client, also called provides the administrative interface that allows multiple users to connect to the device agent and perform administrative tasks such as system setup, solution configuration, and user enrollment and provisioning. The client also provides two dashboard displays for system monitoring and daily data tabulation. Multiple clients can be connected to a single device agent for administrative flexibility.
